Cala San Vincente is one of the smallest resorts on the island, and is on the North coast of Majorca, around 5km North East of Pollensa and 60km from Palma. A good road runs from the south of the island and so transfer time between the airport and resort is around 1 1/2 hours.
The scenery on the north coast of Majorca is rugged and dramatic, and Cala San Vincente is no different. The resort has three beaches, Cala Barques is the largest and prettiest of the three, with is then separated by a rocky knoll from the tiny beach of Cala Clara, and finally further round a sizeable headland is the beach of Cala Molins. The seas around Cala San Vincente are beautifully clear and the views over towards the cliffs of the Formentor peninsula are spectacular.
Cala San Vincente is more suited to mature couples and families with older children. This is certainly not the place to go if you have walking difficulties, or are looking for clubs that are open all night.
